From Engineering Machinery to Tracked Equipment Leader

Liangshan Hengtai Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015 in Liangshan County, Shandong Province, a region known as one of China's hubs for specialized vehicle and machinery manufacturing.

With deep roots in commercial vehicle and construction machinery engineering, we leveraged our mechanical design and fabrication expertise to enter the tracked equipment market and launched the BEAST brand.

Today, BEAST is a recognized name among international distributors, dealers, and rental fleet operators seeking remote-controlled tracked lawn mowers, crawler sprayers, and heavy-duty tracked transporters. Our products are shipped to over 30 countries across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa.

We are a true factory-direct manufacturer, not a trading company. Every machine is designed, fabricated, assembled, and tested under our own roof. In-House R&D & Design

Our engineering team handles the full product lifecycle: mechanical design, structural analysis, drivetrain optimization, and electronic control system integration. We do not outsource core engineering.
Steel Fabrication & Welding

High-strength steel frames are laser-cut, precision-welded, and surface-treated in our own fabrication workshop. This ensures structural integrity for heavy commercial duty cycles.
Assembly & Integration

Complete machine assembly on dedicated production lines. Engines, hydraulic systems, electrical harnesses, and remote-control modules are integrated and calibrated by trained technicians.

Export Packaging & Logistics

Steel frame crating, fumigation-free plywood cases, and container-optimized loading. We manage FOB/CIF documentation including Certificate of Origin, CE DoC, and packing lists.
OEM/ODM Customization

Custom paint colors, private-label branding, specification adjustments (engine brand, track type, attachment configuration), and packaging design. Engineering support included for volume partnerships.
Global After-Sales Network

English-language technical support via email, WhatsApp, and video call. Spare parts catalogs, maintenance manuals, and troubleshooting guides supplied with every shipment.

Quality Control That Protects Your Reputation

Every machine passes a four-stage QC process before it leaves our factory. We treat QC as a

distributor-retention investment.

Incoming Inspection

All raw materials, engines, hydraulic components, and electronic modules are inspected against spec sheets before entering production.
In-Process Checks

Welding integrity, frame alignment, and sub-assembly fit are verified at each production stage. Non-conforming parts are rejected on the line.
Functional Testing

Every completed machine undergoes operational testing: engine start, drive system, remote control range and responsiveness, hydraulic function, and brake performance.
Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final cosmetic check, packaging integrity verification, and documentation review. CE compliance documentation is bundled with each shipment.

2015

Company Founded

Liangshan Hengtai Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. established in Quanpu Industrial Park, Liangshan County, Shandong. Initial focus: commercial vehicle components and engineering machinery.

2017

Garden Machinery Division Launched

Leveraged existing mechanical engineering expertise to enter the lawn and garden equipment market. First tracked mower prototype developed in-house.

2018

BEAST Brand Created

Launched the BEAST brand for remote-controlled tracked lawn mowers. First model CE certified under Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

2019

First International Distributors

Signed initial distributor partnerships in Europe and Southeast Asia. Began regular container shipments for tracked mower and sprayer product lines.

2020-2021

Product Line Expansion

Added BT series tracked sprayers and YS series tracked transporters. Achieved full CE compliance across all three product lines (Machinery, EMC, RED Directives).

2022-Present

Global Scale

Expanded to 30+ export markets. Strengthened OEM/ODM capabilities. Continuous product iteration based on distributor and end-user feedback from multiple continents.
